2. Prices and VAT
Product prices are displayed in South African rand excluding VAT. VAT is added and itemised at checkout. The checkout total excludes delivery. Obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted, and the customer will be given the opportunity to accept the corrected invoice or cancel.
3. Order and contract formation
Submitting checkout sends an order request. The automatic acknowledgement records the request but is not acceptance and is not the final invoice. We may verify availability, quantity, destination and delivery requirements. A sale is accepted when we issue the final official invoice and the customer pays it, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the details on the verified final invoice. Orders remain on hold until cleared funds are confirmed. Never pay using details from an unverified message.
5. Delivery
Delivery is quoted separately. The final invoice states the charge and available estimate. See the Delivery Policy.
6. Returns, refunds and warranties
See the Returns and Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Product information and appropriate use
Product information is provided to support selection and safe use, but customers must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and obtain competent advice where the application requires it. No unverified licence, certification, accreditation or professional claim is made.
8. Personal information
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected] with the order number and desired resolution. Applicable consumer complaints may also be referred to the National Consumer Commission or another body with jurisdiction. South African law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
10. Changes
The version published when an order is submitted applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
