Payment information
We do not collect payment during online checkout. After an order is placed, MedQ Medical confirms product availability and calculates delivery. We then email the final official invoice with the payment details.
- Place the order using Official invoice by email.
- Wait for the final invoice. The checkout total excludes delivery.
- Use the order or invoice reference when paying.
- We begin fulfilment only after cleared funds have been verified, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Do not send payment to banking details obtained from an unverified source. If an invoice appears unusual, confirm it using the telephone numbers on this website.
Product prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT is added and itemised during checkout. The VAT registration number will be added to qualifying invoices once the verified number is supplied to the website system.
