Delivery policy

Delivery is quoted separately for every order. No delivery fee or delivery timeframe is invented or charged during checkout.

1. Submit an order with the correct delivery address.
2. We confirm availability, the delivery charge and the estimated delivery timeframe.
3. We email the final official invoice before payment.
4. Fulfilment begins after payment is confirmed, unless the written invoice states otherwise.

An order acknowledgement is not a dispatch confirmation. Delivery estimates begin from the point stated in the accepted invoice and may depend on stock location, destination, product size, hazardous-goods restrictions and courier conditions. We will contact you if a material delay becomes known.

Inspect the shipment promptly. Report missing, visibly damaged or incorrect goods as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected], with the order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not limited by this request.
