Who is responsible

MedQ Medical is responsible for personal information processed through this website. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process contact details, company details, billing and delivery addresses, order and quotation contents, communications, account information, consent records, device/browser information, security logs and cookie choices. We do not request card details because payment is arranged from the final invoice.

Why we process it

We process information to answer enquiries; prepare quotations; administer orders, invoices, delivery, returns and warranties; maintain accounts; prevent abuse; secure and operate the site; keep records; meet legal obligations; and, where separately permitted, measure site use or send marketing.

Sharing

Information may be shared only as necessary with hosting and IT providers, email providers, accounting and administration providers, couriers selected for a delivery quotation, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and other processors acting under appropriate arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
