Warranty policy
Goods supplied to consumers carry the implied warranty of quality provided by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where that Act applies. This generally protects consumers for six months after delivery where goods fail to meet the statutory standards, subject to the Act’s terms and exclusions.
A manufacturer may provide an additional product-specific warranty. Its duration and process will be stated on the product, packaging or written invoice where verified. We do not invent or imply a manufacturer warranty that has not been supplied.
Damage caused by use contrary to instructions, unauthorised alteration, misuse, neglect, ordinary wear, unsuitable storage or external events may fall outside a warranty, but no term limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To make a claim, email [email protected] with the order number, product/SKU, fault description and supporting photographs or video. Do not return the item until instructions are provided.
